In your role as Language Specialist for UK English you will:
- Support the development of AI companions for UK nurses with your language and cultural expertise
🚀 Your Daily Business
- Ensuring data quality (voice input, text data) through regular review, error correction, and dataset updates
- Providing localization work for UK English
- Analyzing data and identifying patterns
- Sharing knowledge and insights within the team including the differences of UK English from other English varieties
- Coordinating and collaborating with the development team to analyze and resolve data-related issues
🤝 Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table
- Pursuing studies in relevant fields such as Language, Literature, Nursing, Biology, or Medicine
- Knowledge and interest for health care topics
- Business Fluent English (C2) in both spoken and written form, with a deep understanding of cultural intricacies
- A focused and accurate approach to working with text, with a willingness to handle repetitive tasks
- Excellent team spirit and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
- You are self-driven, motivated, reliable, and have good time management skills
- You are enrolled at a German university and available to work 20 hours per week

Weekly hours
Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.

Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
