As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the Sales & Commercial and Contract Management department, you will support our team in the commercial evaluation of customer contracts as part of individual contract analysis projects and other sales-related tasks. The focus of your activities will be the analysis and recalculation of lease calculations in customer contracts within the context of our site planning.
Your Contribution
- Reviewing existing customer contracts regarding commercial agreements and calculations
- Reconciling the contractually agreed scope of use and related rent calculations with current planning
- Identifying discrepancies and potential errors in calculations and performing recalculations where differences are identified
- Preparing back-payment calculations for customers
- Assisting in the preparation, creation, and execution of corrective amendments to individual site agreements
- Supporting the acquisition of necessary internal approvals
- Documenting and maintaining relevant contract and calculation data in existing systems
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Business Law, Law, or a comparable field
- Interest in sales and commercial processes
- Experience in dealing with lease agreements is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Diligent and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Very good German and good English skills
