Your Responsibilities
- Compliance & Governance Support: You assist with key compliance, corporate governance, risk management, data protection, and internal investigation topics.
- Data Analysis & Tools: You leverage digital tools and standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to execute data analyses and streamline documentation.
- Process Optimization: You contribute to international, cross-functional projects by addressing regulatory questions and evaluating core business processes.
- Information Management: You handle confidential corporate information with absolute discretion, structure, and diligence.
- Collaborative Execution: You independently drive daily organizational tasks while actively collaborating with team members in an intercultural environment.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Ongoing studies in Law, Business Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Political Science, or a comparable field, with a strong interest in compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and data protection.
- Professional Experience: Initial practical experience gained through previous internships or working student roles is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with an affinity for digital tools and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: High degree of integrity, strong sense of responsibility, analytical mindset, quick comprehension, structured and reliable way of working, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Very good written and spoken German & English skills.
