Your Mission  

Become part of our passionate, international, and professional team and support the enhancement of our Salesforce platform and data quality processes while gaining practical experience in a modern, data‑driven organization.

Your Tasks:

• Data Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain IT asset and software information in Flexera, ensuring all records follow established naming conventions and data standards. Keep entries current and consistent to support reliable reporting and analysis.
• Data Quality Checks: Perform routine validation checks to identify duplicates, missing values, outdated entries, or incorrect mappings. Flag inconsistencies and help ensure the accuracy and completeness of assets and software datasets.
• Data Quality Improvement: Support ongoing clean‑up and standardization activities. Contribute to improving overall data hygiene by correcting entries, aligning data to defined structures, and assisting with small-scale quality initiatives.
• Reporting & Data Exports: Generate basic reports and prepare data exports using Flexera outputs and Excel. Provide structured information to internal stakeholders and assist with simple data preparation tasks.
• Issue Documentation & Escalation: Record recurring issues, data anomalies, and exceptions in a clear and structured manner. Escalate discrepancies proactively to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to all internal security, confidentiality, and access-control requirements when working with systems and sensitive information. Handle data responsibly and in line with company guidelines.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled student (preferred fields: IT, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline)
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work Basic understanding of data entry and data management practices
• Proficiency with Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas; PivotTables considered an advantage)
• Strong written communication skills and ability to describe issues with clarity and supporting evidence
• Ability to work independently, follow defined processes, and meet agreed timelines
• Willingness to learn Flexera; onboarding and training will be provided
