What you will do

At tesa SE, you will be part of a dynamic team driving digital innovation and product data enhancement. Your Responsibilities

  • You support the enhancement of our data quality by collaborating with Product Managers to maintain and update product data, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
  • You conduct engaging training sessions for Product Managers, enabling them to effectively use our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • You support digital innovation initiatives within the team and have the opportunity to take on responsibility for your own projects.
  • You contribute to user enablement by addressing end-user questions and providing fast, effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • You have the opportunity to write your master’s thesis at tesa SE, combining academic work with practical experience.
  • You will support in data reportings for our team and other stakeholders, with the aim of understanding data gaps and inconsistencies and leveraging potentials for improving customer-facing information.


What you will need

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.You have a structured and detail-oriented working style.You have a strong affinity for data handling and digital tools; experience in digital marketing is a plus.You are interested in AI topics and eager to support the development of efficient AI tools for us and our stakeholders.You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.You are confident in using MS Office programs.You can work from office at least 1 day per week
