What you will do

Als Corporate Communications treiben wir strategische Initiativen über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg voran. Unser Team verantwortet das gesamte globale Kommunikationsportfolio – von strategischer und interner Kommunikation über Corporate Branding, Media Relations und digitale Präsenz bis hin zur Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation. Als WerkstudentIn wirst Du Teil unseres Redaktionsteams und hilfst uns, unsere digitalen Kanäle und Inhalte weiterzuentwickeln und KI sinnvoll in unsere Arbeit zu integrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der redaktionellen Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Texten für unser Intranet, unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und unsere Website.
  • Du pflegst und veröffentlichst Inhalte in unserer Social-Media-Management-Plattform sowie in den Content-Management-Systemen der Website und des Intranets.
  • Du koordinierst und entwickelst Themen und Themenserien und kommunizierst dafür mit KollegInnen weltweit.
  • Du hilfst bei der Betreuung unserer Accounts auf LinkedIn und Instagram, übernimmst Community Management und unterstützt bei der Verwaltung globaler Zugänge.
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools für Recherche, Texterstellung und Bildbearbeitung und hilfst uns, sie sinnvoll in unsere redaktionellen Abläufe zu integrieren.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
  • Du hast erste redaktionelle Erfahrung gesammelt, etwa durch Praktika, Uni-Projekte oder eigene Kanäle, und schreibst gerne Texte.
  • Du arbeitest sicher und neugierig mit KI-Tools.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen Office-Programme, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Erfahrung mit Grafik- oder Videotools.
  • Du hast ein Gespür für digitale Formate und Zielgruppen.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, denkst interdisziplinär.
  • Du verfügst über Organisationstalent und Koordinationsgeschick.
