What you will do

Du unterstützt bei der Erfüllung von Compliance-Anforderungen in den Geschäftsprozessen der tesa SE und deren verbundenen Unternehmen im In- und Ausland. Dabei übernimmst Du insbesondere:

• Unterstützung des Corporate Compliance Managements sowie der Compliance Experts bei der Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Management Systems
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance Beauftragten sowie relevanten Schnittstellenfunktionen
• Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und praxisnahen Prozessen
• Mitarbeit an internationalen Projekten und Austausch mit globalen Stakeholdern
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Recherchen zu rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung nationaler und internationaler Compliance- und Rechtsfragen
• Mitwirkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei Auswertungen, Präsentationen oder Projekten
  
  
  

What you will need

Du hast ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium als (Wirtschafts-)Jurist:in / BWL /VWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Compliance oder vergleichbarer Studiengang mit ähnlicher Ausrichtung, und/ oder:

• Vorhandene Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder im GAP zwischen Bachelor- und Masterstudium
• Erste analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Gutes allgemeines Rechtsverständnis
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus
• Strukturierte, selbständige sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine "Hands-on-Mentalität"
• Schnelles Auffassungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Spaß an Projektarbeit und Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
