What you will do
- Support the Sales Support Europe team in day-to-day business activities.
- Assist in maintaining customer contracts, bonus agreements, and commercial conditions in dedicated systems.
- Help coordinate customer trainings and events.
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for sales and management.
- Support the administration of customer portals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of digitalization initiatives and AI-driven process improvements within the Sales Support organization.
What you will need
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Availability for a 3-months contract (18 hours weekly)
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Processes.
- Structured and independent way of working with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent English skills. German skills are highly desirable.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
