Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-App Marketing Intern to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of in-product marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to help drive user engagement and conversion through targeted in-app experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with campaign management, experimentation, analytics, and marketing technology platforms.
- Support the setup, execution, and maintenance of in-product marketing campaigns across various marketing and product engagement tools.
- Conduct campaign testing and quality assurance activities to ensure a seamless user experience before launch.
- Execute A/B tests and other optimization initiatives to continuously improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, outcomes, and key insights.
- Analyze data and help evaluate the effectiveness of in-app marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign launches, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Interest in digital marketing, user engagement, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital analytics, product engagement, or marketing technology platforms.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, and Pendo is a plus, but not required.
- A technical or engineering background is a strong plus, as the role involves working with marketing technology platforms, campaign configurations, testing frameworks, analytics tools, and troubleshooting implementation issues.

- Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
- €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
- €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
- €1,400 for a full-time internship position

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
