Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung des Global HR Automotive Teams entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle - vom Bewerbungsgespräch bis zum Austritt
Mitarbeit in diversen HR Projekten (Women Mentoring, Talent Management, Organisationsentwicklung, Leadership, etc.)
Unterstützung in der Nachbereitung der jährlichen Talent- und Nachfolgeplanung
Unterstützung bei Recruitment- und Placement-Themen für globale Schlüsselpositionen
Analyse von HR-Daten und Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken

Ihr Profil

Student/in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt HR-Management oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, vorzugsweise eines fortgeschrittenen Semesters
Idealerweise Vorerfahrung im HR-Bereich bei anderen Großunternehmen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenständigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
