Intern / Working Student - Founder's Associate

Why we're hiring: We need more capacity on the sales and GTM side. We are looking for someone who can work like a founder and own core workflows across DACH and new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospects

• Researching and qualifying target accounts before outreach

• Booking discovery calls and demos

• Tracking outreach activity and pipeline in our CRM

• Helping refine messaging, scripts, and target lists based on what you learn from conversations

• Attending industry events with the team when relevant

Ideal candidate:

• You're comfortable making calls in German and ideally in English too

• You're organized and reliable. You follow up, you track what you did, you don't let leads slip

• You have genuine curiosity about scaling GTM in startups

• You can work independently and are not afraid of rejection

• Based in Munich (or willing to relocate), we all work in-person
