What You'll Build

We are looking for a proactive candidate (f/m/d) who will work closely with the Head of Cloud Adoption Office EMEA and support an experienced international team. The candidate (f/m/d) will support in the review, proactive control, and risk mitigation of our key customer cloud engagements across the customer cloud journey within the EMEA region (UKI, Nordics, BeLux, France, Netherlands, MEA South, MEA North, Southern Europe, and Italy). The student (f/m/d) will get insights into daily operations of SAP’s CE&A business with focus on services & cloud portfolio management.

Overview Of Tasks

  • Report and analyze portfolio financial and non-financial data for internal stakeholders
  • Create presentations in PowerPoint run reporting from our analytics systems and excel
  • Work with our internal assets, tools and AI capabilities to support the Cloud Adoption Office
  • Take over project management tasks in terms of tracking the health of our business portfolio
  • Support communication and documentation tasks
  • Maintain communication channels and collaboration platforms
  • Project-related activities within the areas of content creation and documentation
  • Support in Knowledge Management

What You Bring

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Innovation, AI, Data Science, Controlling or similar
  • Computer skills: Excellent skills in MS-Office and especially in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint. Skills in the area of analytics tools, data models, and AI preferred
  • Language skills: Professional competency level in English to operate in an international team
  • Soft skills: Results- and execution-focused. Good analytical thinking, planning, coordination, and communication skills. Can-do attitude
  • Others: Project Management skills, experience with SAP Systems are a plus

The mission of the Cloud Adoption Office in EMEA is to secure excellence in every touch point of our customers’ post-sales cloud journey with a unified customer centric-approach delivering quick time-to-value and continuous value realization for solution and innovation adoption. The Cloud Adoption Office consists of highly visible regional experts, who act as the quality engine and gatekeepers of our services & cloud solutions’ success at our customers across the entire post-sales customer value journey and drive the company’s transformation to the Cloud within the organizational unit Customer Engagement & Adoption (CE&A).

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
