Description provided by SAP

We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You´ll Build

Join SAP Signavio's Product & Engineering organization and experience modern product management firsthand. You'll work alongside talented professionals at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, using tools like Claude and Lovable daily while shaping the future of how enterprises manage value and drive change.

From day one, you'll own real responsibilities and directly shape best practices in AI-native product management. We expect you to bring your own AI skills to the table, experiment with emerging tools, and help us discover new opportunities. Your fresh perspective on AI-driven workflows and our strategic opportunity areas won't be theoretical - it will directly influence how we operate and where we act.

You'll Typically

  • Run analyses that matter: Dig into product usage, user insights and commercial data, then present actionable findings to the organization
  • Build adoption momentum: Create compelling content for product launches, technical deep dives, and user enablement campaigns
  • Set up modern PM work modes: Help establish how we leverage AI and agents to work smarter, ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency
  • Spot opportunities: Research market trends and competitive landscapes to identify where we should invest next
  • Elevate strategic initiatives: Coordinate with engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure the success of high-impact initiatives

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and agents — you've already used Claude, Lovable, or similar tools for real work, not just experiments
  • Strong interest in how businesses run transformations and where AI changes the game
  • Structured thinking and a bias for action — you turn ambiguity into a clear next step
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, process mining, or business intelligence is a plus

Where you belong

Join the Product Management Team for Transformation & Value Management as part of SAP Signavio’s Product & Engineering organization. In our team, you'll work closely with very talented professionals dedicated to driving innovation and value through strategic product management and robust analytic practices. We value open communication, commitment and ownership, and put outcomes for our users first. Everyone is empowered to bring in their own skills in the most fruitful way, and we look forward to learning about your superpowers soon.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
