Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student in Finance Controlling, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, planning, and analysis across the business. You will gain hands-on experience in financial controlling, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization while working with modern financial systems and business intelligence tools.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for students seeking practical experience in corporate finance, controlling, and financial analysis within an international media and advertising technology environment.
Support the Finance Controlling team with monthly closing activities, forecasting, and budget planning.
Prepare and maintain HR, VAT, and financial reports.
Analyze and reconcile data across SAP, Aleph, and other reporting systems.
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice processing.
Contribute to finance projects focused on process improvement, reporting optimization, and data quality enhancement.
Support the development and enhancement of BI and reporting solutions.
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Finance ; Controlling; Accounting; Business Analytics; Data Science with Finance focus
Previous internship or working student experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Audit, Consulting, or Data Analytics is a plus.
Practical exposure to ERP systems or financial reporting tools is advantageous.
Understanding of basic accounting and controlling principles.
Knowledge of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and budgeting processes.
Basic understanding of VAT and financial reporting concepts.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query considered a plus).
