We are looking for a new team member for our International Cooperation Unit in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible: Limited to a max. of two years / 20 hours per week

Your tasks
- Support of the IZ division in project controlling and compliance management (in the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department)
- Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes
- Support in reporting with the help of MS Excel
- Support in the maintenance of financial and project management systems
- Assist in auditing receipts, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects
- Research work and processing of project information in graphs, tables and presentations
- Collaboration in the establishment and further development of a knowledge management system
- Flexible tasks according to your needs
Your profil
- Student in the field of economics/social sciences with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Available for at least one year
- Independent and structured work
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Affinity for numbers and systems
- Very good (written and spoken) English skills as well as good French or Spanish skills
- Knowledge of German language will be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
