PIMCO Prime Real Estate is one of world’s largest real estate investors and asset managers. We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Marketing & Communications team, a culturally diverse team working across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities. As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. What You Will Do
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and update presentations and reports for various stakeholders
- Support in managing budgets related to marketing activities
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for marketing projects
- Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics
- Support event promotions and communications to ensure successful participation
- Help with creating and distributing digital mailings to target audiences
- Assist in maintaining and updating content on our intranet
- Participate in projects such as the adoption of the intranet platform
- Support with the organization of internal social events and charity activities throughout the year
- Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics
- Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills
Remuneration: In addition to an attractive salary, you can expect a monthly travel allowance of 30,00 € and a daily lunch allowance in our excellent staff restaurants.
