As part of the IT organization, you will support building transparency and encourage interaction through the development of a modern digital communication ecosystem.
To do this, you will primarily use Microsoft 365 tools, such as Viva Engage (Communities) as a social intranet/community channel.
Strong Responsibilities
You will be working at the interface between IT management, teams and internal communications, and your role will include providing support with:
- Creating the setup and continuous development of Viva Engage communities across IT
- Act as a community facilitator by initiating discussions and encouraging active participation
- Strengthen exchange between managers through targeted communication
- Develop content formats, templates, and community guidelines
- Support managers in using M365 tools effectively for communication and engagement
- Enrolled student (e.g., Digital Media, Communication, Business Informatics, IT Management, or similar)
- Strong interest in digital communication, collaboration, and community building
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (especially Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint News, Stream)
- Basic knowledge of content design and visualisation are a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English (global environment)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills and a n awareness of tone, diversity and cultural differences in global communication
- Independence, curiosity and a hands-on approach
- Practical insights into the aviation industry and jobs with responsibilities
