Description provided by osapiens
Department: Business Development
Employment Type: Fixed Term - Part Time
Location: Munich
Compensation: €20.00 / hour
Description
This isn’t a role where you sit on the sidelines taking notes. You’ll own a real slice of our pipeline: a smaller list of named accounts, that you research, engage and move forward yourself. You’ll do this at one of Europe’s fastest-growing sustainability tech companies, in an AI-first working student position with real responsibility from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Run your own account list. You own a focused set of accounts, decide when and how to reach out, and are responsible for the quality of the pipeline you build, not the number of touches.
- Do outreach based on real signals. You follow regulatory changes, earnings calls, leadership moves and product launches, turn them into a good reason to get in touch, and write and send the outreach yourself.
- Have real conversations. You lead the first discovery calls with prospects in your accounts and decide which opportunities are worth handing over. You’re not just preparing material for someone else.
- Hand over qualified opportunities. You move them into HubSpot as BANT-qualified pipeline, with accurate account and contact data across multiple stakeholders.
- Build your own AI stack. You work with Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, create your own lightweight agents and workflows for research, enrichment and signal monitoring, and share what works with our full-time BDR team.
- Share what you learn. You bring back new tools worth trying, signals worth tracking and ideas for what we could do differently. We want people who help make the system smarter, not just keep it running.
Your Experience
- You’re currently enrolled in a Master’s program, ideally with a commercial, business or analytical focus.
- You’re sharp and curious about business. When you read about a regulatory change or an earnings call, you see why it matters to a company and how to turn it into a reason to reach out today.
- You think like a consultant. You’d rather spend an extra hour understanding a company than send ten generic messages, and you ask good questions before suggesting a fit.
- You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks. Your slice of the pipeline is yours, and you don’t need every step handed to you.
- You’re AI-first, or keen to become so. You’re at ease with tools like Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo and n8n, or quick to learn them, and you enjoy building your own lightweight agents and workflows.
- You speak Italien and English at a native or fluent level.
- You’re available for around 20 hours per week and can come into our office regularly.
