Description
As a Working Student, you will become part of our Product Management Content Team and support the further development of our software solutions with a strong focus on internal company processes, operational workflows, and supply chain–related topics. You will work closely with our Product Managers and ESG Consultants and assist in all phases of the product development process — from idea generation and research to concept definition and rollout preparation.
Through structured research on regulatory frameworks, supply chain requirements, internal process needs, and market developments, you help ensure that our product content is accurate, practical, and aligned with customer expectations. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of the content used in our software products.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Content Development: You support the ongoing development and maintenance of product-related content focusing on product compliance, supply chain requirements, and operational workflows.
- Content Management: Support the ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of compliance-related data.
- Research & Analysis: You conduct research on regulatory topics, process requirements, and market trends (e.g., Supply Chain Due Diligence, supplier-related obligations, documentation workflows) and prepare insights in a clear and structured manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product Management, Development, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all content reflects real operational and regulatory needs.
- Requirements Gathering: You help identify user, customer, and market requirements and support the translation of those needs into product content and functional concepts.
- Process Documentation: You support the documentation of internal product processes, content workflows, and knowledge relevant for the continuous development of our products.
Your Experience
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on economics, business, sustainability , social sciences, product management, or a related field.
- You have an interest in supply chain topics, internal business processes, or regulatory requirements, ideally with first exposure to operational or compliance-related subjects.
- You work in a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented manner and can present complex topics clearly.
- You have an affinity for large amounts of data and know how to use it, while being confident in working with Excel.
- You enjoy contributing your own ideas and feel comfortable working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.
- You have excellent German and English skills as well as solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
