Job Responsibility :
- Assist the BD team in identifying and developing relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, communities, marketing channels, and potential partners to support user acquisition and business growth.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community activities, and AMA sessions with internal teams to improve user engagement and local brand awareness.
- Assist in maintaining communication with KOLs, communities, and partners, including follow-ups on collaboration progress and partnership activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor local cryptocurrency industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to provide insights for business development strategies.
- Support BD operations, partnership management, and other business-related projects assigned by the team.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional local languages or other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and financial markets; prior knowledge or experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
- Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading products, and online communities is preferred.
