We are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) to join our team starting July 15, 2026.


What we look for:

  • You support the design and development of an LLM-based AI platform for internal process optimization and automation.
  • You are involved in the ideation and implementation of AI and data use cases within various OMMAX teams, such as Transaction Advisory, Digital Marketing, and Tech System Integration.
  • You work closely with our Data Science and Tech Strategy teams to ensure seamless integration and application of AI solutions within OMMAX.
  • You assist in organizing workshops and hackathons as well as creating internal training materials focused on AI and data, and you consolidate and organize knowledge within OMMAX to ensure that best practices and insights are effectively captured and shared.
  • You conduct research on current trends and developments in the field of AI and data, and support the writing and dissemination of whitepapers, industry best practices, and insights.


What we require:

  • You are studying with excellent grades in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field ideally with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data.
  • You have a basic understanding and interest in the fields of AI and data, as well as a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • You are curious and motivated to work with servers via SSH, use Docker for deploying LLM services, and develop data pipelines in Python or frontends with TypeScript and React.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player who works effectively in cross-functional team settings.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and generate valuable insights.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, and you can explain technical concepts to non-experts.
  • You are fluent in English and have very good German skills, particularly for the Munich location.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
