Description provided by MONTREDO

Montredo GmbH · Berlin (100% on-site) · 10–20 hrs/week · min. 6 months · €14/hr gross

Who We Are – Our Mission

Montredo is an international luxury watch company specializing in buying, selling, and sourcing exceptional timepieces. We work closely with leading watch brands and maintain a trusted network of authorized retailers and professional partners around the world, allowing us to offer one of the largest selections of luxury watches online.

Beyond trading watches, we share our passion and expertise through the Montredo Magazine, helping collectors and enthusiasts discover the stories, craftsmanship, and heritage behind the world's finest watch brands. Trust, transparency, and long-term relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

A customer can't pick up the watch and turn it in the light before they buy it. Your photos are the closest thing to that. You'd be the person making sure every watch on montredo.com, and every campaign we run, looks exactly as good on screen as it does in person.

What you'll actually do

  • Shoot product photography for the webshop, capturing reflective, detail-heavy luxury watches accurately and consistently
  • Produce campaign shots for marketing and brand content
  • Create reels and images for social media, from polished campaign content to quicker, more native social formats
  • Help shape and evolve our product shot standard, not just execute an existing one
  • Bring AI-assisted editing into the post-production workflow to speed up retouching without losing a premium look

You are

  • Currently studying photography, design, or a related field, or otherwise building a serious practice in either
  • Someone who genuinely loves photography, not just comfortable operating a camera
  • Skilled with lighting, composition, and the specific challenges of shooting small, reflective, high-detail objects
  • Fluent in English (German is not required)
  • Equally comfortable with controlled, standardized product shots and more creative campaign or social content
  • Curious about AI-assisted editing tools and open to incorporating them into your workflow
  • Own gear is a plus, but not required. We'll figure out equipment together

What you'll get out of it

  • Professional, polished product and campaign shots you can put directly into your portfolio, the kind of e-commerce work that's hard to get access to as a student
  • Real creative ownership over how a premium product looks online, including a hand in shaping the standards themselves
  • Practical experience in commercial and e-commerce photography, distinct from editorial or personal project work
  • Hands-on, close-up exposure to luxury watches
  • A collaborative, in-person studio environment with the rest of the team in Berlin-Mitte
