Department Description & Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated working student (m/f/d) within Business Enablement with a focus on Knowledge Management. The “Knowledge Management” services are committed to enhancing the productivity and professionalism of the Allianz Consulting inhouse consultants by providing internal knowledge. Our mission involves:

  • Identifying, capturing and sharing relevant internal knowledge
  • Providing a standardized process and central platform for sharing internal knowledge
  • Supporting the consultants in their project life along the project life cycle
  • Fostering the knowledge sharing culture at Allianz Consulting
  • Assisting on internal projects related to Knowledge Management

Our AI journey includes the ongoing review and integration of AI adoption into our processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will join a team of Knowledge Management experts, working primarily independently on your daily tasks while receiving guidance from the topic experts. Your role will involve ensuring the high-quality completion of assigned deliverables and taking responsibility for the following Knowledge Management activities:

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of knowledge management projects
  • Organize and curate the knowledge repository.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Analyze processes and tools for potential AI integration and support the set-up and implementation

Key Requirements

  • Full time enrollment in a German University (for working student positions), in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Science, or a related discipline)
  • Student status throughout the duration of the contract for working student roles.
  • Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SharePoint content management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong appetite for learning and adapting to new digital tools, actively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge in technology-driven environments
  • Previous work in knowledge management or related fields is beneficial
  • You can start in June 2026 and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
