About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, outlining project objectives, scope, benefits, and potential risks.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

• Design and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions meet business needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis and e-commerce to contribute to strategic planning.

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, Business, or related quantitative field. Preferably students in final semester, graduating in 2026.

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months for the internship

• Related experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.

• High proficiency in SQL, along with advanced Excel skills.

• Strong logical thinking, problem-structuring, and data analysis capabilities. Detail-oriented and highly responsible; comfortable processing and cleaning large volumes of raw data.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
