Your Role
Join the Single Use and Integrated Platform Solutions Franchise within the Life Science Process Solutions Business in Darmstadt, Germany. As a working student, you will support the franchise team across a wide range of business planning, execution, and organizational topics — gaining a broad view of the entire organization and valuable insights into the bio-processing industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting annual priority setting and planning cycles
- Tracking and reporting of KPIs across the franchise
- Providing business analysis to enable data-driven decision-making
- Supporting key financial and organizational processes
- Preparing leadership team and department meetings
- Managing and overseeing ongoing activities and action items
- Supporting cross-functional alignment and collaboration
- Creating communication materials and preparing internal communications
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Engineering, a related field, or a bio-technology/life sciences discipline
- Curious mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Self-driven and able to work independently with a high sense of accountability
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Tableau
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
