Job Description

Start date: 01.09.2026

Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible

Focus Topics

  • Productivity Reporting & Data Preparation
  • Monthly KPI decks, dashboards, productivity tracking (e.g. CFTE, execution productivity)
  • Store / country performance tracking and benchmarking (Twin Store program)
  • Continuous reporting across platform KPIs and QBRs

Structured, repeatable, can be learned quickly, and will include the following concrete tasks:

  • Prepare and clean data for productivity dashboards (Excel / Power BI input)
  • Consolidate monthly KPI reporting across countries
  • Support maintenance of tracking files (e.g. Action Plans, store-level KPIs)
  • Validate data consistency between different sources (finance, ops, dashboards)
  • Prepare standard slides / templates for reporting
  • Program Tracking & Coordination Support (Twin Store / Initiatives)

The concrete tasks for this will be:

  • Maintain and track Action Plan status across countries for low performing stores
  • Follow up with countries for inputs / updates / evolution
  • Consolidate insights and develop summaries and conclusions (status / risks / delays)
  • Prepare meeting material (e.g. follow-up calls, tracking views)
  • Document best practices from countries (basic synthesis)

Qualifications

Based on the previous tasks, this would be the perfect profile:

  • Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Data / Supply Chain
  • Ideally from 3rd semester or above

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and structured mindset
  • Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance (critical)
  • Fluent in English (no german required)

Mindset

  • Proactive and reliable (I won’t micromanage)
  • Comfortable working with data and structured files
  • Good communication skills to follow up with countries / stakeholders
