The Products team within the Enabling Functions Data & AI Organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (all genders) to support the implementation of a corporate-wide Data & AI Product Inventory across the organization. In this role, you will engage in various development activities and play a crucial part in facilitating the broader organization’s adoption of the Product Inventory solution. The product inventory is the central element to plan, prioritize and monitor our development activities across all 17 functions that we support.

In this role, you will engage in various development activities and play a crucial part in facilitating the broader organization’s adoption of the Product Inventory solution. The product inventory is the central element to plan, prioritize and monitor our development activities across all 17 functions that we support.
Your Role
- Assist in setting up and maintaining a corporate-wide Data & AI Product Inventory across the organization.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the product inventory in Palantir Foundry - in collaboration with the Products Team.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support to enable uptake of the product inventory.
- Participate in testing and assessment of new features to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Maintain product inventory and ensure completeness of required documentation for all existing products (compliance, ownership, costs & value, …)
- Currently enrolled as a student (University/ Hochschule)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; familiarity with Python, AI concepts and overall product prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Eligibility to work in Germany as a student (as applicable)
- Demonstrates consistent reliability, punctuality, and a demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
