As part of M Ventures you will support the financial analysis of Venture Capital projects throughout all its phases. You will be involved in fund performance tracking, financial due diligence, market analysis and company valuations.
Additionally, you support in the integration of operational targets, develop tools, guidelines and models.
Who You Are
- You study Corporate Finance or you are a PhD student in natural sciences with strong finance affinity
- You are matriculated as a student during the whole period of the internship or are in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
- You have experience in valuation and financial due diligence and a keen interest in venture capital / private equity / M&A
- You are very familiar with corporate finance and have a sound knowledge of financial modelling
- You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in English
- You are highly motivated, engaged as well as analytical and results orientated

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
