Wir, die Mitarbeitenden in der Bürgerkommunikation, kümmern uns um den direkten Draht zu den Bürger*innen und suchen Studierende, die uns dabei im Zuge eines 6-monatigen Pflichtpraktikums unterstützen.

Bürgerkommunikation

Die Bürgerkommunikation ist Anlaufstelle für Menschen, die sich mit ihren Anliegen und ihren Fragen an uns wenden. Ungefähr 700 schriftliche (Briefe, E-Mails) und über 400 telefonische (Bürgertelefon) Anfragen erreichen uns monatlich zu den rund 3.000 Themengebieten des Hauses. Wir übernehmen für sämtliche Bürgeranfragen die Koordination. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, diese Anliegen so gut und zufriedenstellend wie möglich zu beantworten – mit Hilfe der Expertise der zahlreichen Fachreferate.

Ihre Aufgaben in der Bürgerkommunikation: Verfügungsvorschläge für den Umgang mit eingehenden Schreiben, Erstellen von Antwortentwürfen, Übernahme diverser Zusatzaufgaben – abhängig von Ihren Fähigkeiten und Ihrem Interesse.

Besucherdienst

Neben der Bürgerkommunikation organisieren wir Informationsveranstaltungen für Besuchergruppen (vor allem für BPA-Gruppen der Bundestagsabgeordneten) im BMUKN. Wir erzählen Bürger*innen von den Aufgaben des BMUKN, den Schwerpunkten und der Geschichte des Gebäudes und laden sie zu einem Rundgang zum hausinternen Mauerstück ein.

Ihre Aufgaben im Besucherdienst: technische und organisatorische Vorbereitung des Termins, Begleitung der Durchführung des Termins, nach Wunsch auch Teilhabe an der inhaltlichen Gestaltung (z.B. Quiz).
