Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenbeschwerden und hast dabei stets eine hohe Serviceorientierung im Blick.
Im Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Vertriebsstandorten wirkst du dabei mit, passgenaue Lösungen für unsere Kundschaft zu finden.
Du dokumentierst und pflegst Beschwerdefälle sorgfältig in den dafür vorgesehenen Systemen.

Profil

Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und hast Interesse am Themenfeld des Beschwerdemanagements.
Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finanzsektor sammeln.
Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt sowie Lösungsorientierung aus.
Deine gute und stilsichere Kommunikation, schriftlich sowie telefonisch, runden dein Profil ab.
