Tasks
Are you interested in working at the interface between corporate strategy, cultural development and data analysis?
Your tasks are:
- Gain practical experience working at the intersection of corporate strategy, cultural development, and data analysis
- Design, communicate, and implement events, workshops, and engagement formats that support organizational culture initiatives
- Analyze culture-related KPIs and prepare data, metrics, and insights to measure and evaluate success
- Support the scaling of key strategic topics to ensure their sustainable integration across the organization
- Create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for management and various stakeholder groups
- Participating in cultural transformation initiatives while further developing strategic expertise and gaining valuable insights into modern culture and change management practices

Requirements
- You are enrolled in at least the 3rd semester for the duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and proof of mandatory internship are required) or you are in the Gap Year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
- Experience in handling data and evaluations (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Python or R) and enjoy combining analytical findings with organizational and cultural issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present content in an understandable, target group-oriented and creative way
- Interest in corporate culture, organizational development and change processes
- Analytical, structured and conceptual way of working
- Strong team spirit
- Pragmatism, personal responsibility and solution orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
