What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • You will support Linde’s Global AI Commercialization team in identifying, evaluating and scaling internal AI-driven growth and productivity use cases
  • You will create compelling internal presentations and translate complex topics into clear, structured and visually engaging formats for senior stakeholders (C-/V-Suite)
  • Additionally you will contribute to business case development by modeling value potential (e.g. cost savings, revenue uplift, efficiency gains)
  • Further you will assist in managing the AI product development lifecycle end-to-end, from problem/solution validation through pilot phases and global rollout
  • Conducting structured research on emerging & transformative AI technologies, trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making will also be part of your tasks
  • You will prepare and support internal communications, materials and reporting (e.g. dashboards, updates, stakeholder briefings)
  • You will support agile ways of working and contribute to project management tasks such as analysis of the product pipeline and value tracking

What Makes You Great

  • You are an enrolled student (Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s) in Business, Innovation, Technology Management, Data Analytics or a related field
  • You have strong interest in AI, digital transformation and data-driven business models
  • You demonstrate the ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly, especially via high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Further you have strong financial literacy, an analytical mindset and skills in business case modeling and you are highly proficient in Excel
  • You have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Ideally you have first exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot AI agents or prompt engineering Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Business English proficiency is a must for this position
