Role Description This is a full-time remote Marketing Intern role. The Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and workshops, including drafting content for email, social media, and website materials. Help develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, gathering and analyzing audience insights, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing basic reports. The intern will help with outreach to partners, respond to inquiries, and support customer service to ensure a positive participant experience. Research schools, universities, NGOs, and potential partnership opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine marketing strategies, maintain an organized content calendar, and contribute ideas that strengthen Let Them Learn’s visibility and impact. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with partners, participants, and internal teams clearly and respectfully.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to help identify target audiences, analyze trends, and support campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and outreach skills to assist in promoting programs, following up with leads, and supporting enrollment activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in human rights, education, and social impact, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., email platforms, social media, spreadsheets); familiarity with marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required.
