Your role in our team
- Coordinate and administer our HR governance bodies, with the HR Council as your main area of responsibility: scheduling, agenda preparation, collation of documents, and alignment with stakeholders
- Support the facilitation of HR Council sessions and prepare professional minutes, decision logs, and follow-up tracking of open items
- Prepare our quartly on-site HR councils; occasional travel within Germany should be possible
- Act as PMO across various global HR projects (HR Strategy, M&A, global HR structures and systems): planning, monitoring, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in business administration, human resources, law, project management, or psychology
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable way of working – essential for committee coordination
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR and committee information
- Business-fluent in both written and spoken German and English
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for minutes and documentation
- Proactive attitude, high willingness to learn, and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
- You’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly, either in a hybrid model or on-site at Körber’s headquarters
