We are not only entertainment obsessives, but we also own the world's largest streaming guide, which gives us unparalleled data and insights on audience behaviors and content tastes.

Who we need
Are you fascinated by the movie and streaming industry? Do you want to work with the largest movie studios and streaming companies on complex online campaign setups, promoting their latest releases, and reaching millions of movie fans in over 140 countries?
Our Campaign team consists of 75+ specialists - and it keeps growing: you will have the unique chance to work with a team of experts in the field and collaborate with key companies such as Universal, Paramount, Prime Video, and many more.
In our teams, employees can think big and shape their career paths with new projects coming in monthly and new responsibilities to be taken on. If you are looking to perform and progress fast, we guarantee to give space for your ambitions and personal goals.
What you will be doing
- Setup, monitoring, and optimization of video campaigns on YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, and similar channels for Hollywood blockbusters, indie movies, and series watched by millions of fans.
- Support of the Campaigns team in their daily tasks, including the creation of offers and reporting for campaigns.
- Definition of relevant target audiences based on reference movies and the use of internal tools to identify matching user profiles from our database.
- Continuous optimization of ongoing campaigns to reach the defined KPIs.
- Conduct of market research and user surveys to reveal a title's potential success far ahead of its release.
What we need from you
- You have to be enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master. If you are not a student in Berlin, your application will be rejected immediately.
- An analytical and number-driven mindset (you can handle Excel and big spreadsheets).
- First experiences with or strong interest in online marketing and the usual tools like Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, or similar
- Hands-on mentality and ability to pay attention to detail even when dealing with tight deadlines
- Excellent command of English. Every other language is a plus.
- Constant learning, delivering results and creating value are the core characteristics of everyone at JustWatch and we are looking for these values in every person we are hiring.
What we offer you
- An open-minded and international team that loves to collaborate to reach our goals.
- We prioritize meaningful work over perks, and that true fulfillment comes from intrinsic motivation, personal growth, and making a lasting impact.
- We believe in a permissionless environment that lets us focus on delivering value without overcomplicating things.
- We trust our skilled professionals to maintain a no-nonsense attitude and create an environment that promotes innovation.
- We are committed to helping you achieve your personal and professional goals, and we offer a collaborative and supportive environment to do so.
- Truly a hybrid work environment. You are not required to come to the office, but you will want to.
Media is important to us, and we are always happy to hear from people who enjoy film! If you feel like you are missing some of the hard skills, don’t worry, we are hiring for the attitude, values, and personality.
