Deine Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme eingehender Anrufe von Kund*innen aus den Bereichen Hotellerie und Automobil
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von E-Mails sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation der Kundenkontakte und Gesprächsinhalte
- Koordination und Verwaltung von Terminen über verschiedene Online-Systeme und Buchungsschnittstellen
- Serviceorientierte Betreuung eines vielfältigen Kundenkreises aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Unternehmensbereichen
- Kein Abschluss erforderlich
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kontakt mit Kund*innen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Dein Wohnsitz ist in Deutschland
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen EDV- und MS-Office Anwendungen
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in
- 100% Home Office
