Join J&T Express as a Network Planning Intern and gain hands-on experience in logistics network planning, performance analysis, and last-mile delivery operations. You will support our team in analyzing parcel volumes, optimizing delivery structures, and coordinating with delivery partners while learning how a growing logistics network is developed and managed. The position is based in Großbeeren (near Berlin) and is 100% on-site.

📍 Internship Details

• Type: Mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Start Date: November 1, 2026, or by arrangement
• Working Hours: Full-time
• Compensation: €1,000 gross per month

📋 Your Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of parcel volumes, delivery routes, and regional demand to identify opportunities for network optimization
• Monitor, maintain, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance, operational efficiency, and service quality
• Assist with the onboarding and coordination of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and franchise partners, supporting the expansion of our last-mile network
• Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and presentations to support regional management in decision-making
• Collaborate with the Network Planning team to understand delivery network structures, capacity requirements, and operational processes
• Support daily network planning activities and contribute to process improvements and cross-functional coordination

🎓 Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany, preferably studying Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Your studies require a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum), which you can confirm through your university's study or examination regulations
• Available full-time for 3–6 months
• Fluent English is mandatory; German and Mandarin Chinese language skills are considered advantages
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with an analytical mindset and confidence working with data
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or comparable analytical tools is an advantage
• Interest in last-mile logistics, network planning, and e-commerce operations
