Join J&T Express as a Mandatory Intern – Center Operations (m/f/d) and support our daily warehouse operations in Großbeeren (Berlin area). You will work alongside our operations team, receive a dedicated mentor, and learn how our sorting center operates on a daily basis and during peak season. The position is based at Märkische Allee 85, 14979 Großbeeren, full-time for 3–6 months, starting from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement. We have 2 internship openings.

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, sorting)
• Help with shift and workforce planning, especially during peak season
• Collect and analyze productivity and throughput data
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation

Your Profile

• You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany, e.g. in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
• The internship is mandatory under your study or examination regulations
• You are available full-time for 3 to 6 months
• You speak fluent English (required)
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are confident with Excel and MS Office

Nice to have

• Chinese skills
• German skills
• First experience in warehouse or logistics
• Driving licence (due to the location)
