Working Student CRM Marketing (m/f/d)

Strengthen our CRM team with 20 hours per week as a Working Student CRM Marketing (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Germany or Remote.

This position focuses on the operational and analytical support of our CRM and email marketing activities to ensure relevant, data-driven communication across the customer lifecycle.

Your tasks

• Support the planning and execution of innovative email marketing campaigns, including target group and distribution list logic.
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and drive data-based optimizations.
• Test new features, automations, and content within our CRM systems and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM and marketing teams and support daily operational tasks.
• Monitor competitors, identify CRM trends, and contribute new ideas.
  
  

Your Profile

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally HTML
• Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels
• Strong analytical skills and confidently interpret data
• Confident communication in English (at least B2 level)
• High level of independence, combined with a structured and proactive working style
