Mission Plan
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Working Student to support the Isar Aerospace commercial team, including Sales, Marketing, and Communications. The working student will serve as an active contributor to sales proposal development, deals, and marketing activities and events through the development, training, and optimization of AI-powered platforms, agents and automation solutions, both generative and agentic. This position is ideal for students interested in sales operations, artificial intelligence, business analytics, prompt engineering, process automation, and UI design.
The working student will work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Cross-Functional Teams to help design AI-driven workflows that improve productivity, sales insights, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, creating a lean ecosystem.
This role provides hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies, data analysis, CRM & CLM systems, and enterprise sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in securing, optimizing, and ensuring the high availability of organizational data
- Assist in designing the blueprint for organizational data management and system processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Help design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications; Support change management and user adoption initiatives for UI, operational workflows, and AI-enabled tools
- Assist with CRM data management, reporting, and dashboard development
- Support in the development and testing of AI sales agents and copilots for sales operations workflows
- Help develop training material for team processes, AI use cases, and analytics
- Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Legal, and Finance teams to integrate new tools and processes
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, enterprise automation trends, design trends, and user behaviours
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, UI/UX Design or related field
- A portfolio showcasing UI and graphical design projects (academic, personal, or freelance)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of UI principles and user interactions
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-friendly design
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Ability to work independently, remotely and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or AI automation platforms
- Experience with prompt engineering or chatbot development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Fluency in English a MUST
