Role Description The Working Student Client Acquisition role is a part-time, on-site position based in Düsseldorf. In this role, you support the identification and acquisition of potential client companies in Germany through market research, lead generation, and outreach activities. You assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials, and help maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating calls and meetings, following up with prospects, and collaborating with the consulting team to understand client needs and present suitable service offerings. You also contribute to marketing and communication activities that strengthen HireInfinity’s brand visibility and support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Client acquisition and sales support skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic negotiation abilities.
• Business and analytical skills, such as market research, data analysis, and structured documentation of client interactions.
• Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, as well as proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Enrollment as a student in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field, with an interest in HR consulting and international recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and motivation to work in a cross-cultural, international environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a small, entrepreneurial team on-site in Düsseldorf.
