Partner Development: Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Bankpartnerschaften mit Fokus auf der Optimierung des Produktportfolios, der Erschließung neuer und dem Ausbau bestehender Vertriebswege sowie technologischer Themenfelder Sales Support: Konzeption, Planung und operative Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen im Bankenvertrieb (z. B. Marketingkampagnen, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, zentrale Schulungen, Verkaufsunterlagen, Events und Wettbewerbe) Übernahme von eigenständigen Arbeitspaketen, zum Beispiel die Betreuung von Produktneueinführungen, Entwicklung von Werbematerialien oder Umsetzung von Schulungsvideos Teilnahme an sowie Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Workshopformaten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Einblicke und Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen der Bancassurance über Partner Development und Sales Support hinaus: insb. Business Analytics Themen im Kontext der bestehenden Vertriebskooperationen
- Sehr gute Leistungen im Studium - idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder VWL, Psychologie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und „Out of the box“-Denken sowie eine proaktive und offene Kommunikation
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen insb. PowerPoint und Excel
