The Role
• Support the implementation and optimization of modern recruitment systems and digital hiring workflows.
• Contribute to the development and execution of international employer branding and recruitment strategies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide actionable insights for process improvements.
• Explore and integrate artificial intelligence tools to enhance strategic talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
• Manage independent sub-projects within the human resources department to drive organizational goals.
What You'll Need
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive approach with a keen interest in HR technology and AI.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
