We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing strategies to engage customers across various channels. Your efforts will contribute to promoting our digital tools and enhancing the overall customer experience.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies across multiple channels and collaborate with product owners to craft effective value propositions and user-friendly materials
  • Create and implement communication plans to promote digital tools internally and externally
  • Lead campaigns to increase user adoption and awareness of digital tools
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing and training content, including newsletters and visuals
  • Assist in identifying areas for further digitization and communicate the benefits of our solutions
  • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to improve messaging and strategies and assist with Excel reports, data management, and analysis
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of feature releases and internal events
  • Contribute to an innovative and collaborative work environment

What Makes You A Fit

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time program in Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field with availability of approximately 12 months
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong ability to collaborate in an international team
  • Diligent, team-oriented, and proactive mindset, with self-initiative and commitment
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including report creation and formula usage
  • Prior relevant work experience, such as internships or working student positions, is an asset
  • A genuine passion for digital transformation and customer experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, as well as strong social skills and a creative approach to branding and storytelling
  • A desire to actively contribute and make an impact in a dynamic work environment, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and growth
