Future Aero Festival is an exclusive, high-profile aviation conference, hosted and founded by Future Aero Lab. This 2-day event brings together leading innovators in aviation, policymakers, startups, and investors from around the world. The next edition will take place on 30 November – 1 December 2026 in Munich.
For our team based in Germany, we are looking for a Working Student: Operations & Events Team (f/m/d), working remotely for 20 hrs/week. The position is restricted until the end of 2026.
You will work on actual projects that are crucial to our success, as well as have a lot of freedom, which naturally comes with responsibility.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Future Aero Festival;
- Assist with participant and speaker management, including communication, registration, travel coordination, and on-site support;
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations;
- Support the social media and communications team with updating the comms channels, drafting posts, and responding to inquiries;
- Support with post-event tasks, such as feedback collection, reporting, and documentation.
What do you bring?
- You are currently enrolled in a university Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with a focus on tech/business/media/events studies;
- Passion for aviation, the startup world, and entrepreneurship;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent English skills and, ideally, some German skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Basic knowledge of digital tools like Slack, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive.
