Your challenge in detail
- You will support the SAP MDG rollout project within the SAP S/4HANA environment via assisting the project team in planning, coordinating, and tracking rollout activities
- You will support data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and master data validation
- Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- You will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders, business process analysis and documentation related to master data creation, maintenance, and governance
- You will support the creation of user training materials, process documentation, and communication content
- You will monitor project actions, risks, issues, and follow-up activities
- Last but not least, you will participate in workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Current full-time studies in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in enterprise systems, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, German or other language is a plus
- Basic understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with master data concepts such as Business Partner, Material Master, Supplier, Customer, or Finance Master Data is a plus
