Pflichtpraktikum im HR / mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung
Das machst du möglich
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von konzernweiten Personalentwicklungsinstrumenten und Programmen
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Entwicklungsprogramme (z.B. Führungskräfteentwicklung, Onboarding-Prozesse, Auswahlverfahren)
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Personalentwicklung
- Durchführung von Internet-Recherchen und Analyse von Trends und Best Practices im Bereich Personalentwicklung
- Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Begleitung der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, wie Workshops oder Meetings
- Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Auswertung zielgruppengerechter Präsentationen, Protokolle und Statistiken (PowerPoint & Excel
- Studium der Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre) mit Schwerpunkt Personal/Personalentwicklung, idealerweise im Masterstudium oder in einem fortgeschrittenen Bachelorstudium
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, v.a. in Excel und PowerPoint und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors wünschenswert
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
