Beschreibung bereitgestellt von FLYBABY GmbH

Flybaby makes baby carriers that parents and babies actually love. We're a small, passionate team in Berlin building a brand that stands for movement, freedom, and the joy of keeping your little one close. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated working student to jump in and own a broad mix of responsibilities across customer experience, influencer marketing, offline activations, and project management.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be fetching coffee – you'll be directly shaping how our customers feel about Flybaby and helping us build a community around the brand.

Aufgaben

Customer Service & Community

  • Manage and respond to incoming customer service tickets via email and chat, ensuring a warm, helpful, and on-brand experience

  • Triage and escalate issues where needed, helping to build and maintain a library of response templates

  • Track recurring issues and feedback themes, and report insights to the team to inform product and content decisions

  • Support customers with product questions, fit advice, and order-related enquiries

Influencer Research & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential influencer and creator partners across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on parenting, baby-wearing, and lifestyle niches

  • Build and maintain a structured influencer database including audience data, engagement metrics, past collaborations, and contact details

  • Support initial outreach and relationship-building with creators, coordinating gifting and seeding campaigns

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activities including baby fairs, retail partnerships, community events and flyers, postcards and other info material

  • Help coordinate logistics for event appearances – materials, samples, booth setup, and on-the-ground support

  • Research relevant events, markets, and local partnership opportunities in key cities

Marketing Project Management

  • Support the Head of Marketing & Brand in coordinating ongoing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional marketing projects

  • Maintain project trackers and timelines, ensuring tasks and deadlines are clearly communicated and followed up on

  • Assist with content calendar management, briefing, and asset coordination across channels

Qualifikation

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Excellent written German and English – you'll be writing customer-facing copy and outreach messages

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

  • A natural communicator who is empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable working in tools like Trello, Office Suite, AI tools – and quick to learn new platforms

  • Genuine interest in the parenting, family, fashion or lifestyle space is a big plus

  • Prior experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or project coordination is welcome but not required – we care more about attitude and drive

Benefits

What We Offer

  • 20 hours/week with flexible scheduling around your studies

  • A genuine ownership role with real responsibilities from day one

  • A small, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and valued

  • Based in Berlin with hybrid flexibility

  • The chance to grow with a brand at an exciting stage of its journey
