Join a dynamic and fast-paced team at FinLoop, a rapidly growing fintech company specializing in real estate finance. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial markets, working alongside senior professionals with extensive backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, and technology.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a German and English-speaking Marketing/Business Development Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship, starting in August 2026. This role offers the potential for progression into a full-time Analyst position. You will gain exposure to lead generation, client onboarding, deal sourcing, and analysis within the banking, finance, and investment management industries focused on the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and onboarding real estate financing requests across Europe and the United States.
  • Maintain and update deal information on the FinLoop platform through regular client contact.
  • Support the creation of reports, templates, and automated processes for user and deal screening (pre- and post-onboarding).
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients in banking, finance, and investment management.
  • Participate in client onboarding, follow-ups, and deal analysis to support business growth.


Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Excel, SendGrid, and other messaging/social media marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with customers via telephone and email.
  • Familiarity with the real estate finance sector and the real estate fund industry in Germany.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and investment trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
