Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Du möchtest verstehen, wie Materialflüsse, Produktionsprozesse und Logistik perfekt zusammenspielen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und arbeite aktiv daran, unsere Logistikprozesse datenbasiert zu optimieren.

Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Bereich Production Control & Logistics bekommst du direkten Einblick in die operative Logistik eines Produktionsunternehmens und unterstützt uns dabei, Prozesse transparenter, effizienter und leistungsfähiger zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Verpackungsoptimierungen (Packaging Density) inklusive der Durchführung von Packversuchen sowie Dokumentation und Reporting der Ergebnisse
• Erfassung, Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Transparenzsteigerung in der Logistik
• Durchführung von Cycle Countings (Inventuren), Dokumentation im SAP-System sowie Analyse und Bereinigung von Negativbeständen
• Bearbeitung logistischer Workflows, insbesondere Rechnungsprüfung und Zuordnung zu Wareneingängen im SAP-System
• Abgleich und Klärung von Leergutbeständen mit Lieferanten und Kunden
• Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten, insbesondere Ablage und Dokumentation
• Unterstützung der operativen Logistik am Shopfloor zur Verbesserung von Materialflüssen und Prozessen
• Teilnahme an Workshops zur Optimierung der Materialflüsse und Produktionsleistung (z. B. Hoshin, SMED) sowie Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung der Termine

Dein Profil

• Studierende aus den Bereichen Logistik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain
• Interesse an Logistikprozessen, Datenanalyse und operativen Abläufen im Produktionsumfeld
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (Praktika, Werkstudent, Projekte) sind von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse auf Anwenderbasis sind von Vorteil
• Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Proaktive „Hands-on“-Mentalität sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse
